The Holiday event is not working

I spent 37 dollars on november 21 to get the gifs for the holiday event but I didn't gift that's really not fair guys my name is Luffy2022 in the game . I just hope you guys give what is mine thank you pls and you fix this issues to everyone who happen the same as me.

    Hi @luffy2022#1810 ! If you purchased the zen during the first couple hours of the winter promo, please submit a ticket to support for assistance. There was an issue impacting the promotion during that time.

    I submitted a ticket with support on PC. It comes up as a question. no in game ticket. Bought at 12:17pm EST...

    i submitted a ticket and have been waiting for 5 days to get a fix. nadapeep. additionally, i charged a second time and have been unable to charge again since. with multiple credit cards. something is really really broken.

    I am missing bonus zen from the first $100 I spent as soon as the event started, and I have received *none* of the promo items at all. I would love to submit an in-game ticket, but there is no specific for this issue, it sends me to bug report rather than allowing me to submit my issue so I can get an answer, and the bug report specifically says I won't be contacted by a GM and if that is what I want I should cancel and go back to GM Help. How the heck do you submit a ticket so the problem can even start to get resolved?

    I also submitted a ticket several days ago and have yet to see any progress on it's status, and I've been checking with support live chat every couple days.

    I put the ticket with photo corresponding to the load of zen and I have been waiting for the resolution since then, 5 or 6 days.

    I submitted the ticket Arc but I play in ps4 I don't know is that will help and it is not only working for the first hours of the event
    it is not working at all. I spent more last sunday at it still not working in ps4 and I did not buy the zen in first hour too of the event.

    Well I am having the same problem with my account in which I bought 100 dollars on the 21st at 0920 pacific time and another 100 dollars on the 23rd I have put in two different tickets for each but for some reason the person that is handling this tickets is very special that even after sending pictures showing of the two purchases sends me a message telling me that the rewards are only given once per account or that I need to go to the rewards guy next to so and so in PE. All the information needed has been given but for some reason you guys have those with great personalities (sarcasm) to deal with this known issues. As it was one of the responces given to me about the x5 keys, which I knew already from other players in my guild. So I have gone back and forth explaining the issue with DragonAsh for three to four days now and he just keeps sending me bogus answers that I already know like the event information. Total of purchase of zen has been 200 dollars in two different days, what is so hard about that? Unless you are trying to have me quit the game? I have not purchase anymore zen until this is resolved. There is a reason why I am not buying a whole bunch of zen at once. I learned my lesson various years ago with you guys. Please resolve this issue and tell DragonAsh to see and read the whole e-mail next time. Specially when people send them a picture since most people nowadays cannot read.

    I am having same problem. Spent 30 dollars in zen over last 8 days and still no reward. I have spent alot of money on this game, just want what they promised us.

    if you made few purchasings accumilated to 200 dollars within few days or it reset? or also just 1 time if you spend 200, and then 2 weeks later and spend 200 to get another set or only 1 time? it was never been clear or understood completely. please sort this out.

    I don't agree its not clear. Its always been the accumulated amount you spend over the charge period equals the reward regardless if you buy it with 1 purchase or 10 purchases during the time period. There is no reset.
