Pumpkins become unlootable if people do not claim everything inside

If a player loots a pumpkin in the Masquerade of Liars event and there is a (temporary) Mask and Liar's charm, but they only loot the Liar's Charm, then that pumpkin becomes unlootable for everyone else in that instance. I have not seen a workable pumpkin respawn after that.

    I could also see this happening if the player has too many duplicates of (temporary) masks in their Fashion Bag, hence it is not looted because of this.

    Those temporary masks are a bother ..

    Not sure if this problem coincides with this but to add to it... When coming fresh to an instance all pumkins give charm. Then they seem to stop altogether? You have to pick up like 10 or so to get 1 charm? And instance swapping is a pain. Didnt seem to have this problem b4 hotpatch?

    I've noticed that if you return to a pumpkin too quickly after recently looting it even though it has respawned, it will not give a Liar's charm. If you allow some time to pass (2 minutes, 3 minutes? not entirely sure ...) then it spawns a Liar's charm in it.

    It seems to me that the Liar's charm respawns independently of the pumpkin respawning, sometimes leading to an empty pumpkin (if the pumpkin respawns but the Liar's charm hasn't yet had a chance to respawn). Of course, this could also be a "feature", but what you said about new instances not having this problem leads me to believe that it is more of a bug re: discordant pumpkin/Liar's charm spawning timers.
