Elemental Evil Campaign bug

Hello.
I took a 2 year's break from Neverwinter and in July 2018 i returned to the game. I wanted to finish Elemental Evil Campaign that i started 2 years ago but unfortunately i cannot complete the Spinward Rise part of the campaign, I got stuck at step "Undercover Plot in Thunderhead Reach", i did 2 quests at this step and npc's stop'd giving me quests to progress further(i checked every npc and every quest from previous maps, also checked the wiki campaign for changes). Apparently i'm in a dead end can't do anything to progress. I was advised by support to make a post here also. If anyone has any ideas please don't be shy to post here.
Thank you in advance for your time spent reading this and for any suggestion that anyone might have in this matter.

    In the last 2 years, Elemental Evil has been overhauled twice; the first time to remove the Vigilance system and the second time to smooth the leveling experience going through those 4 zones.

    You might need to have to contact support about it.

    I think it has been 3 times, actually. Each time they change the quests it messes up progression for people who have already started it. As mentioned, support is likely your only option.

    i did contact support is nothing they can do sadly...they advised me to post here.

    That's their stock response but no one here can help you. Only chance would be to tag someone.
