tracert patchserver.crypticstudios.com
Those are the download servers, but if you have a speed issue when connecting to those you should have the same issue with the actual game servers.
I do, however suspect that the problem is entirely on your (Turkish) side.
Today another player from Turkey told me on chat that he has the same problem as me (many many many.... disconnections).
Strange is the fact that if I give up the broadband connection and use a 3g hotspot from my phone everything is working fine.
For 1 month I argue with ISP. But after they give me a list with command to be made, we realized that the Internet is working 100%.
Even the address patchserver.crypticstudios.com has maybe 1 request time out from 100 or maybe more replies.
Watching the connections made by the game during playing, when the red status begins to show the increasing time, I see that some of the IPs disappear and I get disconnected or IPs which were connection-established disappear and another IP connects.
Now I've asked ISP to tell personnel from NOC to monitor the traffic between my IP and both classes 208.95.184.x and 208.95.186.x and port range 7000-7600.
At least maybe they can tell me if the problem is from my side.
PS:
1. commands ping/tracert for patchserver.crypicstudios.com is not relevant for the problem described above
2. My ISP was bought by vodafone and the guy from Turkey who told me today about the same problem is using Vodafone.(I hope it is only a coincidence).
You could run Wirehark and do a packet capture on your PC of the link to Cryptic. That pcap should reveal what happens if you manage to pcap over one disconnect. Pcaps will show if you have disconnects caused by irregularities in the TCP packet flows.
You will need some understanding of TCP protocols to successfully read the pcap though. Read up on them on the web.
As for Vodaphone being the culprit, that could very well be the case. Since Romania and Turkey are fairly close physically, it would be no surprise if they share the higher level Internet links.
A friend showed me Visual Traceroute that gives you a real world look at how servers hop. This is fun to play with but it only runs from its own ISP and cannot be used to test your own. But using the patchserver.crypticstudios.com as the test may show you server issues in Europe or Asia.

A friend of mine, a medical doctor in Canada, said it took him months to get a faster more direct route to another hospital in the same country. His clinic is in Windsor, ON and was sending files to a hospital in Vancouver, Canada (west coast). The routing system bounced all over the US just to get there. He contacted the ISP (Internet Service Provider) and they had to work with other severs to establish a more direct route (fewer hops) between his clinic and the hospital. If it is that bad for a medical business, I couldn't imagine what it must be like for someone to walk in and ask about a video game.
High ping will be experienced as some network lag that can cause problems in Codg etc, but by itself the game should run fairly smooth even with high pings. Packet loss on the other hand will lead to rubberbanding, jerky gameplay and disconnects.
However a high ping and some packet loss easily can come together.
