    my video is extremely glitchy after this latest patch. can i run anything to check for a bad patch download or something?

    You can verify the files, from the start up screen. It takes about 20 minutes though. Under options, and then click force verify.

    completed the verify. logged in and still glitchy :/

    I would submit a support ticket and see if maybe they can help you, but probably they will suggest you uninstall the game and re-install it. But it is worth the try to see what they might say.
