That happens when they are changing/moving servers. Everything attached gets shut down.

I know what they are say your reply doesnt make sence to my statement of the game still being down its been down for over 24 hours this month alone which is more then everquest2 , wizard 101 , and World of Warcraft combined , I could care less about other cryptic games , my original statement had nothing to do with any other cryptic games .
Oh happy happy , another unannouced 1 and 1/2 hour longer maintenence ! lucky us . With all due respect for 1s i would like too see an maintanance take place at 5 PM US time and not european Time . I wager there might be more europeans playing then US player. So be fair and share the downtime for 1s in a while between european an US players will you cryptic? I know ''fair" is outdated by many people but give it a shot i say .
Cryptic is the developer, Perfect World Entertainment, Inc. is the publisher. We play Neverwinter, a game created by Cryptic, on servers owned/leased/operated by Perfect World Entertainment, Inc. I'm quite pleased with Cryptic for the most part, but Perfect World Entertainment, Inc. isn't managing the server migration properly. Missing deadlines without giving the people who are waiting on those deadlines anything but a "Sorry, thanks for your patience" in return doesn't do much to foster good customer relationships. Imagine if that's all Perfect World Entertainment, Inc. got from Cryptic for the next mod. They'd likely demand Cryptic give them a discount on the mod based on how late it is. A "schedule slip" is almost always accompanied by some form of compensation.
