Questions: Possibly Without Answers II

1) When doing Dead Reckoning on the Soshenstar River, why don't the [Undead] Demiliches that pop up when consecrating the area count as undead for the tally?

2) When in Sharandar, why don't quest items outside of the Fey Crystals drop in the lairs?

3) In the Dread Ring, why aren't the zulkirs considered Red Wizards? They sit at the top of the Red Wizard food chain.

    4) Who is Narcos Battleheart?

    Yes, Zulkirs are the master of schools of magic, but they are still Red Wizards nonetheless.

    But they don't count when doing Red Wizards for Knox.

    Demiliches in Chult are far too easy. The ones in-game are more like floating reanimated skulls. Demiliches are more powerful than normal liches and have no need for their bodies anymore. We should be soiling our respective armors at the mere presence of a demilich.

    Demiliches are also extremely rare, so why are we tripping over them 5 or more times while doing one quest?

    Actually, in 5e at least, Liches are more powerful than demiliches. CR21 vs CR18. Though i agree they are far far too easy to beat whenever they show up in chult.

    Liches are more powerful than demiliches. Demiliches used to be liches, but are losing that which made them want to remain in the world and are heading towards entropy.

    Demiliches vs Liches are different in terms of edition. If I remember correctly - in 3e, 3.5e, 4e demliches were more powerful and in 5e demiliches are inferior to liches.
