Update graphic drivers, try to lower in-game settings. Check your GPU temps also (overheating?)

Do you have similar issues in other games? Try:
    - play in window-maximized mode instead in full screen, or Alt+Tab when glitches occure
    - turn off AA
    - reduce texture size to 75% or 50%

I previously had a persistent problem with one of my characters (unfortunately not like your problem) and eventually decided change each graphic setting one at a time, log out and reload the game to see if it made any difference - it didn't.

I next unequipped every gear/artifact item, enchantment, etc., reequipping them one at a time logging out then rebooting to see if it had any effect - it didn't.

Then I completely respec'd my character clicking on each "power", "feat" and "boon" one at a time, again logging out then rebooting after selecting to reappoint the powers, feet and boons I previously had, until I discovered it was a combination of the powers I previously selected that was causing my problem.

Time consuming and labor intensive to be sure, but this was after a lengthy period following my reporting the problem and the patent: "we'll look into it" or something like that, response and it did solve my problem.

Something else you might want to consider is contacting tech support for you graphics card manufacturer, they may have had someone previously report a problem similar to yours...

    Just a thought.

Your problem appears to be related to video memory (vram).
The data in video memory appears to be corrupted.

Do a "force verify" in the launcher.

Try underclocking the video ram on your graphics card.
MSI Afterburner is good for underclocking.

    Better cooling may also help.

Yea, these texture tearings are, mostly, tied to overheating and/or a dying card :| But as he said temps are normal and this bugs started after "some" patch...

My guess is his problem is related to vram.
high vram temperature could cause this to happen.
If I were him, the first thing I would do is underclock the vram.

Hi @fernandoelisei ! I'm going to echo what other players have mentioned in terms of it being a vram or corrupt graphics card issue even if you aren't experiencing this issue in other games (it can depend on how the games tax/exercise the cards)
