Cloak of the protector

So not exactly sure how to classify this. Bug, glitch, oversight, etc.

I recently decided to upgrade the belt and neck on my GF. I had been using the cloak of the protector set until now. As I went to convert my cloak of the protector to refinement to help me rank up my new gear, I discovered this wasn't an option. Instead my Legendary cloak of the protector had an option for salvage.

I assume this must be some kind of oversight as all other refined equipment in the game (class sigils and Red Dragon artifact asside) are capable of being turned into refinement. The artifacts that Can't be are because they are items you get for free, and clearly state as such.

If a screen shot is required I can post one later today. Please fix this as I would like to get some refinement back out of this piece of legendary gear.

Cloak of the Protector seems an interesting way to destroy a cloak that use to be worth so much...

But I guess RP is RP and if you've got a new SET I guess that makes perfect sense.
