[ALL PLATFORMS] Maintenance 6/26

Greetings Adventurers,

Neverwinter on Xbox and PS4 will undergo maintenance tomorrow, June 26, from 7am to 9am PT. There will be no patch to download but a server-side update will contain the following:

Events
  • Protector's Jubilee: The quest, A Heartfelt Thanks, no longer incorrectly completes for all party members rather than just the one who claims the crate. It should now be safe to claim a Thank You Crate while in a party.
  • We are looking into ways to award a Thank You Crate to players who could not claim one due to the above issue.

Neverwinter on PC will undergo extended maintenance starting at 7am PT until 11am PT for the release of Ravenloft. Patch Notes are available here.

    Itd be nice as one of the players who wasnt able to get the thank you crate and did all 5 days of the quest to be able to obtain, as well as get some feedback after sending a claim ticket. This is rather frustrating as I was really looking forward to it.

    me too. how do we able to get the crate? i already submitted 2 reports and no feedbacks/replies was made.

    This maintenance is perfect. I suppose to google about 15 mins to get informations about maintenance durations.
