Buying Zen via Steam Wallet.

Im sure people have asked this before but so far i didnt find a good answer,

I want to buy zen using steam wallet but i dunno how since everytime i go to the zen market it only puts me into the arc site. I dont have any access to other modes of payment except steam wallet.

Things i did

-Enable steam overlay-restarted the game

-restarted steam

Parameters

-2 characters super low leveled. I just add it because there might be a possibility that i cant load zen cause im not maxed (im kinda enjoying the grind so im slow)

-Im aware of the whole "i cant buy astral diamond and things i buy are character bound" thing (dunno if i understand that comepletly). I really just want to buy character slots, some great HAMSTER mounts and companions im jelly when i see people ride those.Ill deal with the end game stuff when im at max lvl.

It really frustrates me cause i enjoy the game so much that I'm willing to spend real money. It comedic because i feel like the game is not allowing to give them money like "WHY? I LOVE YOUR GAME TAKE MY MONEY!"

    Things bought via Steam are bound to your account until the purchase is verified and Cryptic gets their money from Steam.

    We have been working with trying to reduce the restrictions but payment/billing features using another party's platforms are subject to the regulations they see fit :-/

    Ohkay I think people misunderstood my post.

    My question is HOW TO BUY zen using the steam wallet.
    Again. I tried going to the actual game and the button directs me to arc not on steam.

    IM OKAY with the restrictions. I just want to buy character slots, some mounts, and heck even the dragonborn DLC pack.

    I love the game i want to contribute.

    That happened to me a few times as well, fixed by always starting Steam as an admin (right-click on Steam > run as an admnistrator).
