Great Weapon Fighter Masks not showing

I have received several new masks from Omu and possibly from Soshenstar however when I equip them, they don't show. I am a dragonborn character and have worn other masks fine but for some reason all the new OMU masks refuse to show on my face.

Anyone have this same issue and know a possible workaround?

    Hi @mightyspire#6343 ! Which specific Omu masks are not showing? Are they fashion or regular gear?

    Did you fix the bug that was known since 2014 so some regular heads can be visible shown on dragoborn? Tell me which regular helmets can i visible wear at dragonborn please. Thx

    Sorry but been a tad busy and Spidey there is no need to be rude, it is the Lizardmans Skull Mask and the Chitters's Fangs mask. So not fashion.

    So you can visible wear regular gear ( not fashion) at dragonborn heads on X Box?

    Chitters's Fangs isn't a mask, it's a hood type of head armour similar looking to dragonflight HR head

    Yep, there are several that I can wear with no problem, it's only these two masks that are not showing.

    Thanks @mightyspire#6343 ! I will check with our character artists if Lizardmans Skull Mask and the Chitters's Fangs mask have Dragonborn visuals. Unfortunately due to the structure of Dragonborn heads, we are unable to adapt all non-fashion head pieces for them so some will not have a visual display.

    Does that mean that the Jubilee transmutes can be used on Dragonborns? Are they viewed upon as being fashion or gear?

    Yep, there are several that I can wear with no problem, it's only these two masks that are not showing.

    Thanks mate, I just completed Tomb of Nine Gods last night and got the Huntsman Raid Sallet and that is not showing either, there are quite a few head pieces that are not showing. I am kinda regretting getting the Dragonborn character now :(

    It is almost ALL head item marked as "equipment" that aren't working. Only a very few from the chest drops in Chult. And then some fashion items. But none of the BiS gear, and none of the jubilee transmutes for starters.

    It looks like the head gear referenced in this post was not adapted to Dragonborn. It remains a topic we hope to address in the future so we can make variants of gear that adhere to WotC's standards (since they have to approve all assets).

    PATCH NOTES: NW.95.20180306E.24... I'm having connection to main server on xbox one issues... it cannot seem to connect keeps saying time out and reloading opening credits. Is this happening to anyone else; how to fix..? I can't even get to character loadout screen its before that...

    Yes and I was halfway doing a trophy and lost the item, not impressed

    Thanks anyway, changed my character to half orc instead and now they are showing.
