Mastercraft 4 quests not able to finish

Seen a few people with the same problem but can't seem to complete several of the mastercrafting level 4 quests. I have obtained several pieces but journal is not updating when obtained and can't complete quest.

Known bug. Got fixed on PC last week. A fix for consoles will be coming "soon"

I have the same issue with jewelcrafting I have the 3 amulets needed but no ticks in journal and cant turn them in its like I don't have the 3 amulets but I do. I hope a fix comes soon

May I ask what the hold up is? The PC got a fix two weeks ago. Granted it was only a temporary fix and didn't fix alchemy, but that is better then nothing. Double resources is in two days. I'm sure most crafters were planning on using this even to finish their quests or start farming for the items they want to build. This is most disappointing.

@nitocris83 No fix timeline? Correlation doesn't always mean causation but the Masterwork craft quests were working just fine until the 5/1 patch where you added the can't turn in the ones that have gems on it. Didn't nobody go to think to check that? Also I had two pieces already recognized yet suddenly after the patch they weren't recognized at all. Also this is really irresponsible of Cryptic to not focus on something that's gamebreaking for a lot of people considering the amount of people probably working on MW who didn't have the resources to rush it as fast as the "Professional Masterworkers" who had it finished the first day or even the first week. It took Cryptic two weeks to break it after Omu came out it shouldn't take more than now two weeks to at least give us a timeline who had show like Cryptic cares about it's players.

I want to chime in a say I am having the same issue, I cannot turn in Alchemy or Jewel. Please keep us posted or provide a turn in process for these qwests.

I know bugs happen when updates are made to the game and I expect as much. What I find upsetting is I have spent way more real money on this game than I should have and this was a way to earn more ad without buying it. Not only are the prices continuing to drop on the mw items, causing lost earning potential, but I was told by support that no compensation will be given. Where is the fair play and the desire to keep their players happy? I know this much, I will not spend another dime on the game until the issue is satisfactorily resolved.
