Sorry for such a delayed response. What I meant was that many times the doors will close by themselves after you first interact with them to open. And if you are really lucky and press F too many times you can even lock yourself inside of them...
Is this list up to date? I think several of these bugs were already fixed.
A lot was fixed/changed in the october bugfix thing, but it's not live yet, so it's 'not here nor there', it will be a huge double work to add those things and then clean up, so if we gonna update it, it will be after mod13 goes live.
This is a bug I've had for the past year. I keep checking in every once in a while to see if it's fixed.
It involves the Hunter class. Any area of effect attack, Cordon of Arrows, Rain of Arrows, etc., will not work whether there or monsters or not. I can get the aura to show up only when using the Alt or Escape key... and even with that I still can't get it to function. I can't tell if any items I'm wearing is causing my AOE attacks to not function, but if you need any more info, let me know.
@"theshep#5317" I am "glad" to hear that you are having these issues because I just started having problems with Thorn Ward and cordon o f Arrows this week. It's ridiculous! I can't use them, but can see that it's trying when I'm in chat or other screens. It definitely needs a big conversation because the response back from the ticket I put in was this----------> I am not in the mood to start grinding on yet another character right now, this one is just what I wanted to build. Does anyone know how to get their attention on this??

Having reviewed the information you supplied, we’ve come to the conclusion that this may be the result of an unreported gameplay bug. Regretfully, we don’t have a resolution for the issue at this time. We are always trying to improve the gameplay experience for all of our games and we appreciate the time you took to notify us of your concern. We would like to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, but, unfortunately some issues require development time from departments outside of Customer Support and cannot be immediately resolved by a Game Master.

Reset your keys, DC has a similar bug with AoE powers, in most cases resetting the keys to defaults (even if they were not changed) resolves this. You should search about the DC bug, or ask in their forums, also please notice that this is not a bug report thread, or at least it doesn't replace creating a thread in the bugs sub forum.

Hello i have a problem with my VIP reward i can't take it. I mean i can't take my first time buyer's pack my VIP is rank 1 and is active so can someone help me coz i try everything i reset game, log out and log in again many times and i reset my PC but nothing help.

You can claim first time buyers pack only if you bought Zen. VIP is unrelated to that. Did you buy Zen (atleast 500 iirc)?

i take zen coin from ark that is all what i must to take i am read what need just i can't opened
And pls only GM to answer coz i talk with the support and they see photos what is the problem and tall to write here coz maybe is a problem in game and when i writing here maybe will be fixed just i cant use photos coz i am not stay here long enought

My scourge Warlock cannot zoom in/out. He's stuck zoomed in. I closed game and reloaded it. Worked fine for all of 5 seconds when I mounted my lockbox giant red crab. Dismounted to check and couldn't zoom out. Sent ticket in game, was told to try force verifying. So I did. All of 5 seconds after getting back into my Warlock, it broke again. I tried the /camzoomout both as is and with a space between zoom and out. But no luck. My trick rogue seems to work fine.
Bug occurred during a barrow in ebon downs last night. Submitted bug report in game and contacted GM who has asked me to post in this forum (hope I'm in right place) my rogue seems okay but he's just entered ebon downs but not got to narrows yet. Hoping he'll be fine.
I have tried a different mouse to confirm it wasn't my mouse breaking and not zooming out. And still couldn't zoom out. But could zoom in and out with my rogue.
If it helps at all, I deleted the chat channel "log" in chat options. Which seems to be when I ended up zoomed into the back of my toon. And ended up unable to zoom out. Exiting game fixed it briefly until I mounted my crab.
If it helps further I'm running Windows 10, my pc is rubbish - bog standard specs. Basic graphics card, 1TB hdd, not sure on rest, it's a very basic desktop. Not built for gaming at all. I run on the extremely low settings. Min draw distance etc. Slight lag in enclave but for most part runs just fine. Apart from no not being able to zoom out of my Warlock back.

Go to Options, Reset Keybinds. It doesn't matter if you have changed anything or not. Something gets corrupted in the save file presumably. Resetting fixes it and then you are free to change things back.

Omg it worked!! Thank you so much!! I've missed my Warlock! Being zoomed right in made it uncomfy for me. Not unplayable. Just uncomfy, so glad that worked!! Can get back to leveling him thank you so much!<3

Yup, happens a lot. I usually press alt to release the mouse, click the taskbar, to focus outside the game (the game still maximized) then click back into the game window. This way windows register that the focus changed to the game and moves the taskbar to the background.

There seems to be repeatable instances in the Spellplague Caverns where A'Drx'l the Aboleth Overseer glitches and does not respawn.
Players have to kill themselves in order to restart the boss battle from the beginning.
Then after restarting the final boss battle and defeating A'Drx'l the Aboleth Overseer, sometimes the chest at the end is not available (yes I checked and had a key in my inventory).
This has happened on several different occasions but is not consistent or always repeatable - sometimes the boss glitches and after starting over and defeating A'Drx'l the Aboleth Overseer the chest is available... and sometimes without having A'Drx'l the Aboleth Overseer glitch and not having to start over, the chest is still unavailable.

This happens to me a lot especially when you have more than one player attempting to interact with the same door, at the same time in the Cloak Tower...
Seems to me one player kicks a door open and if another player tries to do the same thing the door closes, which is why I tend to leave kicking down barriers, doors and throwing switches, etc. to other players.
My summoned companion constantly disappears. I am a Devoted Cleric in Divine Oracle path and I lose over 1 thousand item level when is disappears. It didn't die or fall. It just fades away randomly in combat. I submitted a ticket with customer service and they said the post it in the bug report section of the ticket was 80423-000901 and I submitted a screen shots of my companion fading away.

This is salvageable but won't salvage and will not refine either.

Talk to Archdruid Morning Dawn and take the relevant quest.
