Chult frustrated me at first too. It seemed like I couldn't go anywhere without a 10min. battle every 10 feet. Now I don't have as many issues, because I've "learned the lanes". I know where to go to avoid a fight, and I know when to attack first, because there's just no getting around it. It took me about a week to get it all figured out, and I'm sure you can do it too. Use your Guild's Mount Boon when you're in Chult and that will help significantly. I agree the aggro is a bit ridiculous, and could be dialed down a bit. It would certainly make life a little easier for those with slower mounts. Be the hunter, and learn how the different inhabitants work. With a little trial and error, you can be successful.
