    Why is it that your having an extended maintenance at a time when it's peak playing time for those of us who look forward to coming in from work to play?
    It's a bit unfair on us europeans really! We lose out on virtually a whole evenings play-time!

    the maintenance this time is very long how are we supposed to invoke alt charchters )it's unfair

    It seems like there is no fix on TONG dungeon chest bug with not being able to loot it, or the kill blow on Ras Nsi at the end to get our chests.

    Content and Environment

    General

    Tomb of the Nine Gods should now have slightly better performance.




    UI

    Inventory

    New inventory sorting options have been added from the Inventory options button.
    Secondary Artifacts, when viewed through the Artifact Inspect window, now properly show their sigils.

    Refinement

    Players can no longer get into a state where they can spend more Refinement Points than required on an artifact when upgrading it to a new quality.


    Trying to understand:
    1. why on earth this is taking all day?
    2. why is the same patch being administered much quicker in us?

    #1: This is "taking all day" because the patch notes for Neverwinter are not the full list of changes. This was a massive outage to all ARC games and services, because the big changes are happening to the servers underneath. The outage wasn't just Neverwinter.

    #2: The same patch is not faster in the USA or North America in general. We've all been down for the same amount of time you were.

    The new sort bags dialogue box is super annoying if you're in a habit of quickly using the sort all feature. Is there a way to default the settings so it stops popping up every time I sort bags?

    This would be the most important update ever, but I don't see inventory options, there is just display options.
    Or that patch is not live yet?
    I hope that "Sort All Bags" thing will be fixed (i.e. removed entirely since it messes up the whole inventory instead of doing any sorting).

    The "Sort" button has to be replaced with "Convert" button (which with one click does two things: 1) Identify All and 2) Convert all convertable equipment) since we all need to convert green/blue items very often and we never need to sort anything (since the so called "sorting" isn't sorting, it messes up your inventory instead, especially the most dangerous "Sort All bag" thing, which is very easy to misclick on since it's near "Identify All" option, which is used very often).
