on the 50/50 stone it uses 2 per use, and has now all been used so is gone / removed etc no matter where used.
on the 200/200 stone atm it uses one for me in normal combat, but in larger zone encounters eg Demonic Heroic Encounters for an example it goes to use 2 per heal.
any dungeon 3 player map, equals 2 taken per heal, no idea on 5 player ones as gear level is too low atm to try them
for me it's too early to tell, as no longer got the 50/50 and only have a 100 odd left on the 200, so time will tell and feedback more once iv'e used it a few times to really see, but need comments from more to say its really fixed

Did the Dev team say it is fixed or just folks see it seems to be back to one charge per use?
