    That would make instigator viable

Sorry, I left out some of the context. The damage is dealt directly to your HP. So you would be taking +50k damage every sure strike. You would instantly remove Anointed Army from yourself with a single at-will, and it would force you to build HP just to survive your own burst damage, since if you ever deal more than about 3 to 5 million damage in a single hit, you one-shot yourself. Think about Illusionist's Gambit reflection, and then pretend it's just always on. Good Luck.
Then it's a no for every single class in every single context, you can't take the rist. I assumed it would not bypass resistance and all buffs, allowing me to mitigate. Anyway your value is way too high.

It's been a while I hope to get some self-damaging power to make Instigator viable. But hell it would require an expensive build.
Have you looked into the Survivor's Wraps?
Haven't looted it yet, and I don't know if bleed counts as an hit, so no idea. Would try it, but having to invest in feats and other things to get fast daily power doesn't make it attractive

It counts as both dealing and taking damage on each tick, and overall destroyer obviously still beats it. I was just wondering if you had tried it.

Outta my way: After 60 seconds in combat you deal 50% more damage if you are not in the top of the Paingiver chart. Party member who is in the top of the chart will be knocked back and prone once every 10 seconds until you top the chart. Effect then goes on cooldown for the next 60 seconds. (Has no effect if not in a party)

    RNGezus' Blessing Companion:

If you discard any legendary item (or any Rank12+ enchantment), your chance of getting any random legendary item from any epic dungeon/instance specific chest is multiplied by (INT-10)/100. In exchange, your Critical chance is reduced by (CHA-10)/100 for all characters on your account.

The only way to reset this effect is to win any legendary item from any instance chest, or win any announcement item from any lockbox.

This companion cannot be unequipped once you slot it.

I can sell it now :
Bind to account +4 IG gear is now unbound (bind to character on equip).

My Maths tells me it's better than Siege Master :
Your damage is reduced by 30%. Your damage is increased by 35 %.

Legendary Sales - All legendary mounts are put onto the Zen market during the week of Xmass. Each mount only cost 10,000 zen. You can only buy 1 mount though and it is account bound. The mount can be equipped to all characters on the account, like an Epic mount bought on the Zen store.

FYI Cryptic...if you did this, I would buy a Legendary mount on my account.

    Glad you asked....

Because Cryptic will add the item to encourage us to add zen to our account. The item however will not be purchasable but will be in the market. It is like a here what we could sell you but won't tactic. This would result in players purchasing unwanted zen. :(
