    Here's my attempt to understand this:

    Pass1: you are know issue: buying zen not working; i have balance and i talking my (bank, personal), ı dont h ave problem?
    Pass2: Are you aware of this issue? I can't buy Zen; I have enough money in my checking account to cover it, and talking with my bank, I confirm that there shouldn't be a problem.

    Hi @murattti ! echoing @eldeskal in contacting CS for any billing issues. We've heard isolated reports of zen buying concerns but haven't been able to detect a widespread common issue so support is your best contact.
