Thinking about returning. Any better yet?

Joined the game during launch and played religiously. The combat was beautiful, adventures and dungeoning was awesome, but was completely turned off after a year or so by the cash grabby tactics, the buy your mountain of buffs and way to endgame which had a direct correlation to one shotting in PvP/Glitches abusing ETC.…
