leadership changes?

With the proposed changes to refining i am curious to know if any changes to the enchanted coffers, resonant bags and thaumaturgic bags are planned?

good grief it is is.. i mostly maintain a steady and stable amount of self needed rp via wanderers and leadership.. remove of either of those would set me back to the point of mod 4..

THEY shouldve just done what we asked back in the early mods.. limit leadership to ten toons.. then we could still have had and RP and everything nice from it..

    but noooooo ..

    you know cryptic.

@noworries#8859 said rewards will be adjusted to drop the new types of stones.

If a build goes to preview today, we'll be able to check out the tasks ourselves.

I opened a few dozen reso bags and thaum bags and can confirm they drop a spattering of gemstones and enchantment stones and such.

I wasn't able to open enough to get a data set to determine drop rates, I'm going to wait a few weeks for the drop tables to hopefully be finalized before I go through the effort of opening 30,000 bags. 10k Reso bags, 10k thaum bags and 10k ench. coffers.

I'll be sure to share my results when I do.

Worth bearing in mind that there won't be any leadership boxes excepted from 2xGems events anymore, since the peridots and such will double.

LOL. Here's what I did to make it a little bit easier:

    1. Position your mouse cursor over the Open Another button.
    2. ***Gently*** lift your mouse off the pad so the cursor stays in place.
    3. Hold the mouse so that you can use two fingers to rapidly tap the mouse button (alternating fingers, of course).

It lets me open bags 2-3x faster and isn't nearly as physically stressful. Just pretend you're 13 again and playing Track & Field :wink:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Track_&_Field_(video_game)

That's funny, on console you only have to hold down the button to open the stack, fairly quickly at that. You have to click each and every time on PC?

I didn't test an enormous number of bags (Thaumaturgic, Resonant, Artifact Paraphernalia), but it appears that the ratio for stone values between old and new is comparable, except they all drop the same global RP stones now and only vary in which reagent types they *also* drop: marks, enchantment stones, or both. Technically, this is a small buff, plus they will also double in 2xGem events. You don't get a lot of sapphires, but you never got a lot of blue stones before either.

Supply of Minor and Lesser MoP will skyrocket. No shortage of these. Green enchantment stones too.

Enchanted Coffers were tough to straight-up compare, but opening them was far less cruel to bag space than previous, with the dramatic reduction to types of items that can drop. If you don't want the potions and crafting materials, it may make more sense to exclusively produce other types of bags now, although none of those has a chance at GMoPs.

but the green resos and thaus were worth 2500 and the green gems are worth 500 so significant nerf.

Bags drop peridot (50 pt), emerald (250), and sapphire (500). Don't just look at the colours.

These directly correlate to the current minor (500), lesser (2500), and standard (5000) stones, in about the same ratios.

All that is adjusted is accounted for by the division by 10.
