1. Upon entering, there is a chance that some enemies in "Chamber 2" will spawn behind a wall, hence leaving players unable to progress, since they will never complete task "Clear chamber 2" (first group of enemies). I was unable to determine is it because of type of enemies or something else, but in 5 times I was there, this bug happened twice. Solution was to exit dungeon (to reset it) and enter again.
2. When doing this quest for the very first time, there are 2 animations on boss (before and after fight). In this situation, it is impossible to enter boss fight with someone (in party). When we click the door, there is 6 second countdown (gather your party) and when counter reaches zero, nothing happens. This occurs regardless if only one player have "House of Crocodile" task unlocked or everyone in party have it.
However, once I completed this quest, I was given the same quest again (weekly) and when I came again with some random person, I had no problem entering boss room (there was no 6 sec. counter and there was no animation, we just entered freely inside). It is my assumption that animation is the problem.

Personal feedback (NOT A BUG): Last boss on this mission can be hard on non-dps players because it takes a lot of time to defeat him. Time works for him because over time he lowers your damage resistance (or defense) more and more (broken shield icon above player, same as Giants BHE in Stonghold map), and considering he constantly applies Paralysis on you, it's just a matter of time before that paralysis stops you for 1 sec and he make a successful hit instantly killing the player*. DPS players kill him very fast, before he's able to lower player's damage resistance to the point where player becomes killable in a single blow. The main problem was constant Paralysis which is applied even when player uses dodge/slide/... Because of all of this, non-dps players will most likely ask for help (party) and trigger the mess described above.
*When I first entered the room, his attack took me about 20% of HP, but by the time I got him to 50%hp, I had so many debufs on my DC that he killed me in 1 shot (I was at 100% hp).

2. Going with another player, 'waiting for party' would count down... and then nothing happened.
Each tried repeatedly. We broke up the party and got in, but that screwed things up when my partner died.
(CW's are not boss fighters when you make those immune to all of the 'control' part. )
These issues have been reported to devs.
I also investigated on it and found a work-around for #2.
- Enter alone in the instance and defeat enemies until the boss's room.
- Invite one or more players in party. It is impossible to launch the fight against the boss.
- All players must be in the purple circle, ready to enter.
- One player must leave the party. The fight is immediately launched.
- This player should be expulsed after ~60 seconds from the map. Invite him again in party, so he can stay until the end.
- Good luck to defeat the boss!
