BUG: Storm King Campaign Completion Booster

When purchasing the Storm King's Campaign completion (Long work hours and a baby made me succumb to these insane prices for completion) all my tasks were rendered "Complete". Yay! BUT wait... 80% complete? What? Upon closer investigation I found they are NOT complete! The tasks are just marked complete and you are given 1 (ONE) enchantment for each support task. They are not actually complete. They have to be finished another 2 times to get the enchantments you are owed for completing another 2 times with your OWN supplies (Vonin blood and ten towns supplies and all) to bring your campaign to true "Fully Completed" 100% as the product states. Waiting on support to send me an official refusal to help me resolve the issue with these campaign COMPLETION boosters. Can anyone else please verify this bug?

Verified. I also used the token and only gained to 75% completion.
