Ignoring and not having a fix ready and still working on the issue are two different things. The former being unfounded. Things take time.

right cuz dealing with this HAMSTER for almost 2 months is very fun for me, i love it when this game crashes me right as im doing something

I don't see any information about the issue posted from you in the Tech Support forum or the Bug Report Forum, just a rant void of any details in a different patch notes thread. I strongly suggest to make a detailed report in one of those two forums of your system specifications and any relative crash error information, along with what you are doing and where when the crash happens. Simply ranting that the game is crashing with no details does not help. All I know is they have been working on fixing a few crash issues as of late and have brought in fixes for a few of them over the past several patches.

i have literally tried everything, i tested if it was on me and it wasn't, i have uninstalled then re installed see if that would work didnt make a difference. no matter what i am doing in neverwinter it crashes without warning and everytime this flipping happens it is ALWAYS when im in combat or a dungeon that now me just considering doing anything results in a crash. NEVER and i mean literally never have i ever crashed playing neverwinter not since the mod 11b release. every single day atleast 3times does this game crash me, hell i even found out just leaving it on the log out screen crashes it. this is ridiculous. i come on neverwinter to relax not to be chronically peeved off because that's what it's doing now. it's not even fun anymore because anytime i do have fun for a change CRASH and makes me restart the launcher every bloody time.

Ok. Not trying to start an argument, cos i dont know your system/specs, and even if i did it probably wouldnt help, but you say this problem usually occurs when you're in combat or in a dungeon. Have you thought it might be something to do with your graphical capabilities. Just a thought since a lot of people have encountered some wierd hamster since the graphics requirements were changed.
I have a guildie with an 8GB graphics card and he crashes alot. i have a 1GB card and have never crashed. (Now ive said that, you watch, i'll crash all over the place). He managed to do something to stop alot of it, but still crashes now and then.
The problem with a lot of computer games is the fact that they have to work with all sorts of hardware and systems, rather than just a one spec console.

The "out of memory" and "device removed" issues are well-known and have been pervasive for many players for the last couple months. We all know the devs are working to fix the issues, but these errors, for some, make playing the game very annoying. Personally, I have had issues with both "out of memory" and "device removed" errors. It is extremely frustrating to crash in the middle of content like dungeons and dragon runs.

One of the main reasons I keep coming back to Neverwinter from numerous other games is that it has one of the friendliest and helpful communities out there. Seeing a moderator taking a shot at a player for "ranting" about issues that everyone knows have severely hampered gameplay for a number of users is, in my opinion, disappointing.

And why patch servers during day time. Please update the servers during the morning hours or at night for Europe. This is just ff-ed up when you have a free afternoon and you can't log in. Other MMO's patch at night or early morning, so most players in Europe and America can play during daytime and evening.

No matter what time they patch, it's always going to be an inconvenient time for someone in the world. They are located in California, so they patch when it's convenient for them in California time. If they were going to do it in the morning in EU, they would have to do it in the middle of the night for them, which would probably cause more issues, as sleepy devs make more mistakes.

the only reason i stick around is cuz of my guild otherwise i'd of quit this game months ago but i'm putting up with this HAMSTER in hopes one day it gets fixed cause it is beyond annoying, i've been kicked out of dungeons because the games crashes me mid combat and when i don't get kicked out of parties it forces me to watch cutscenes in the middle of combat that wont let me skip and has gotten me killed multiple times and cheated me out of chest drops several times.

i case you are havind dc and get you back to login screen, make sure your using a cable connected to your router, using wi-fi signal is not recommended to play online games, learned this mistake recently, just trying to help. ^^
