(PS4) Sleeping Dragon Quest bugged

Hey, I've recently made a new character and just got to protectors enclave to hand In the sleeping Dragon bridge quest. I've received the reward from the chest next to seargent Knox and spoken to him after. He hasn't given me any new quests and I've still got the sleeping Dragon bridge quest in my journal even thought all of the parts to it are ticked. So at the minute I can't receive any new quests. Seargent Knox only has a silver ! Above his head so I'm stuck.

Anybody having the same issue or knows a fix? Help would be much appreciated as I've already bought a 2x exp on the character and geared it up.

    I'm having the same problem. Have you had any luck in figuring this out?

    The silver exclamation mark makes me wonder, what level are you? You should be level 4 by the time you leave the instance. Wondering if for some reason you're not getting the proper amount of experience to be level 4 by the time you complete that, therefore making it so no further quests appear until you're at the proper level. Also, the Silver Dragon Bridge quest, is that in the Completed section of your Journal or the Active?

    If you're not level 4, you may want to go to Blacklake District and try and kill something or maybe head over to the the guy by the left stairs down, he offers a quest to find all three Scrying Orbs in Protector's Enclave -- but I am unsure if you need to be level 4 for that also.

    I am having the exact same issue. The quest doesn't continue after you get the reward from Sargeant Knox.
    I submitted a ticket to arc.com but haven't heard anything back yet.

    Was this issue ever fixed? I'm playing on the PC version - all of my objectives are ticked, I'm level 4, I opened the chest behind Knox, yet the quest is not getting flagged as "completed" and the next quest in the chain is thusly not appearing.

    same here in now lvl 16 the quest is not completed cant use my paid mvp...... tech no help
