Is my character Load-out bugged??? Please help :(

I woke up today and started playing Neverwinter. And as Usual, I always play pvp at the start of my day. So, I tried changing my Load out to PVP . Then, this happened

Not really enough info to go on, but it looks to me like an item attached to the PvP loadout is in your bank.

That's not it. All of PE is valid for switching loadouts.

When this happens to me I just restart client, seems to fix it for me.

Is my character Load-out bugged??? Please help :(
