So since a couple of hours before the MT this week, I've been experiencing exceptional issues with having the launcher connect (It's been timing out, also taking forever to sign in to my account). Once logged in, and logging a character, loading screens taking forever and once the screen loads the Chat server is offline for at least 6-8 mins, and I cannot move my character at all otherwise I'll rubber band back or move in a random direction.
Once everything seems to calm down (usually a good 7-8 mins), I normally have a few minutes of normalcy and then massive lag spikes with hit buttons vs. when my abilities cast - then when I finish a battle, my character is normally frozen/stuck and I have to wait for it to finish ability animations (up to 3-5 mins).
If I swap instances, or load into a new screen - I need to wait all over again. It's starting to get ridiculous. On top of that nearly every time I swap characters, I get connection to login server timed out.
I've tried verifying files, rebooting our entire network, safe mode, reducing all my graphics options. Nothing is resolving it. My partner on his computer is getting the same thing.
No other service seems to be broken, I can stream Netflix, download movies, have ten bazillion chrome tabs open - our internet speed has not changed. Something has to be an issue with the incoming connection on the cryptic server sides, or the path between me and Cryptic - is there a traceroute I can run or any other suggestions in getting this lag of doom to be banished back to the Nine Hells?

Im not a tech head, but these results don't look amazing.
@nitocris83 - are the devs aware of any ISP issues connecting out to Asia/Singapore?

Connection to log in server timed out. Every time I signed on and when switching characters. Like almost e-v-e-r-y s-i-n-g-l-e time.
I read some "fixes" online but they didn't make any difference. A week goes by and one day, it went away.
Yay! OMG it was so back to normal easy and the dreaded message quickly became history in my mind.
But. After just a days vacation from it, the problem returned. And now that it's back - it is twice as annoying because I had the hope that my days of login login login login login were over.
I am in the United States. My hubby has the same problems on his PC too.
