PC - Respen event bugs

Firstly no accreditation is being given for any of the 3 person dungeons listed in the daily queue for Brown nosing. I have run all of them over the last 2 weeks on multiple characters and got no accreditation.
The 5 person level 70 skirmishes are all working correctly. I Have not run any of the 5 person T1/T2 listed in the event queue so cannot tell if problem extends to them as well.
Secondly the bosses in the 3 person dungeons are dropping a genaric loot icon which is always empty, This is happening in all the 3 person dungeons listed in the event queues, I have not got an empty loot icon when running a 3 man when it is not on the daily queue list, this could be an event only bug or a new game wide bug, but its a bit a big coincidence that it appeared as the Respen event started.

I think the 5-player ones are working as I haven't heard complaints to the contrary from people doing Valindra yesterday.
I personally haven't put in any time to try to get accreditation for dungeons this year.

1. Make sure you stay close to the mindflayers dead body and do not run to the beh older before the cut scene to loot the beholder begins. Also take turns looting one by one.
