cannot use certain DC abilities

in Peer to Peer Tech Forum
Starting today after I entered a Tiamat group I am no longer able to use any ability on my cleric that requires manual targeting on the ground with a circle like Divine Glow, Bastion of Health, Astral Shield, Daunting Light, and Divine Armor. I opened a ticket, and it gave me number 4,357,876 for it, but its not listed in my currently open tickets. I seriously do not know what to do as my cleric is my main and has the most work put in to her. I need help with this or it will cause me to stop playing if it cannot be resolved.

    The bug happened again to me today. It was fixed, then happened again and now I can't use those abilities again after entering Edemo.

    That solution worked. I was getting really frustrated because I couldn't figure out what caused this problem. Apparently its something in the gameplay settings? I hadn't changed anything between when this issue started and now, so I didn't even think of it. Thank you beckylunatic. You have saved me from quitting in frustration!

    This has happened to my dc too a few times. Logout > login has fixed it every time, but I have no idea what is actually going on.
