Is there a way to transfer a character from live that goes past your 16th character?

Hello neverwinter preview community. I don't know if anyone else has this problem and has a work around but when I go to transfer my paladin onto test server I can not get the drop down menu to show him, it goes to my 16th character slot only. I have been playing neverwinter since beta so when paladin's came out he is near the bottom of my 20+ characters. I like using the test server to do major changes to my characters so any help that you all can provide would be greatly appreciated. @zebular , I know you posted the "How To..." for transfering characters do you know if there is away to select characters for transfer beyond 16th slots.

See this post, use the link provided and when you have the drop down list expanded, press and hold TAB until it goes through the entire list of your characters. You'll then see all your characters in the drop down list.
