Return to the Plague Tower quest bug

Unable to progress through quest as only 21 of the 25 needed enemies to be cleared to proceed spawn. Please address the issue.

    OK ran this 10 times and although still not 100% positive I'm pretty sure there is 25 mobs in the area....4 are not counting to the kill count though. so I'm stuck at an impasse until....well it gets fixed. (and this is why we test :P )

    Quest BUG - "return to the plague towwer"

    Bugged part - only 21 npcs spawn, when quest requires you to clear 25.

    Note : This stops the intro quest chain dead in its tracks.

    Same here, ran it 4 times, thinking that enemies might have bugged somehow or despawned, but couldn't get more than 21 (out of 25 mobs).

    Good to see it's not just me. 21/25 here too. This is a complete showstopper, as it blocks the quest chain.
    Hoping for improvements...

    Thanks for all who contribute to the post. Hope the feedback is received and corrected soon as it halts the campaign very shortly after starting.

    after 40 or so runs i have concluded that there is 23 mobs that actually spawn, 2 vanish upon agro for a total of 21 kills. I hope Devs are reading these

    Well, I managed to kill 23 enemies after 2 just appeared as I re-walked the instance. But 23 isn't 25 :(
    Definitely not an Arc User.

    Hmm... I for one think that this should be slightly more looked into... It's been a week and still no fix.

    Cryptic.

    How can we test if we can't even go on in it? :/

    Have they released a second preview build that did not include a fix for this bug? What's that?... No?

    Then maybe it would be reasonable to wait and see what happens when they actually update the shard. I have a feeling they're not going to release a build without a fix for this (would be a bit silly), so all we can do is hope that it's ready today. Which is about how often they'd normally release new preview builds anyway.

    I know people are eager to keep playing the module. So am I. But they still have to follow their processes.

    OK....the fix for the 21/25 bug is now in...and it works, you can do the quest.....but then what? You get no new quests - the quest chain just terminates...no storyline quests, no dailies...nothing
    Hoping for improvements...

    Hmm... Maybe Lord Neverember has a quest? I believe it said something about more chapters once you complete specific quests? Omw to check it myself.

    EDIT: He sais that Chapter 5 will start when all wizzards have been investigated and confronted.
