Keys in guild bank

So, I have stored a stack of strongbox keys that I hand out to people in thw guild that get unfluence strongboxes. Problem is, they were in the guild bank. Now, for some reason, I can't interact with them anymore. I try to drag them into my bag, but they are stuck

Can confirm, have a stack of keys in guild bank that wont budge, and I'm afraid to touch it to much. Need those for guildies to be able to take for the influence boxes.

Same here. Have stack of strongbox keys but can't get them out of the guild bank.

Same in my guild... we have bought keys to open stronghbox for voucher as they drop for our play... set them on Guildbank and now no 1 can take them out.

isn't only that, because if you try to put in your personal bank a "vip" key, it's don't move from your inventory. also the problem is with the legendary dragon key, i can't move them from the inventory to the bank...

I had a stack of unbound epic dungeon keys that I'd tossed in the guild bank, likewise.

I know anything that people had in their shared bank is also stuck. Keys that were in personal banks were automatically moved.

The way to fix this is by buying more keys. If you have the same keys in your key ring, you can drag them on top of the same type of key.

I was able to double click Legendary dragon keys in my Shared bank and they went to the toon's useful Item's tab. But splitting them, taking smaller amounts, etc, all do not work.
