NW Xbox/PC server restart

We are restarting the server for Xbox and PC to reapply the starlight parcel fix that was temporarily disabled after maintenance. Players will be logged out but should be able to log back in immediately after. Thank you for your patience!

i think after maintenence the parcels are broken again. I got only a ice firework and a simril gift

I have opened 18 boxes on 6 characters, totaling 108, since they said ok to open but have only gotten 2 retrain tokens. This is an issue not fixed but still bugged.

So will the script be getting re-run to reimburse parcels for those of us ~~stupid~~ unfortunate enough to open them between when the servers were taken down for maintenance and when this reboot to re-apply the fix happened?

i have other topic, saying "parcels are still terrible", wonder why it wasnt merge with this topic?
still getting same old blue and fireworks since recieved replacements.

Opened a bunch of parcels today hoping to get the most out of the winter event on the last day and.... bugged....got a bunch of garbage....i need some compensation. I paid good money for those parcels...

The Winter Event does not end today. Thursday sees the start of the Winter Festival Zenith which runs for 7 days. Basically, you have another week to go on this event.

You are not guaranteed to get something good. The parcels are not currently bugged. You have a chance of getting something good, but also a chance to get something like blue equipment or enchants. That's a gamble you take when you buy them.

i have been opening more than 300 parcel in my character i have.. only drops gond mount nad 3 epic companion... inmy opinion the drop rate suks,, i just played this game for a week and currently at lvl 25.. i bought those 300 parcel from the zen market.. i thought it could benefit me by gathering ad from the goodies drops.. since i was not able to convert my zen to ad, cause it says i need to complete all the quests from 5 region.. anyway, instead of getting stuff im getting crappy companion although its epic.. the only good things was the gondmount that gives me 2k power.. but well, i guess farewell to neverwinter.. this will be my last post and will never play this game again.. love the combat system, but when i found out the drop rate and content in this game are so poor, i guess i rather quit then continue playing.. im sure i wont be able tohv fun, instead i get frustrated.. if u know what i mean, i guess u do

Fourth, remember that while the parcels were broken, the only thing you missed out on was unidentified blue items. Some people have even requested that we leave those out of the loot pool entirely! We'll talk on Jan 2nd about how we'll handle people who opened parcels on Dragon and Xbox during the two hours the parcels were re-broken on Thursday morning after the maintenance. What do you feel we should do? Do you want the unidentified blues? Do nothing? More replacement parcels? I'm making no promises, but I'm curious how you want us to handle this small number of people.

This was a post by @miasmat in the thread about parcels, but that one is closed, and I can't seem to find any info about what was decided about the parcels that was bought/opened during the second time they were broken.

Free gifts is one thing, but those that were bought and opened is another.

And yes, I know that the only thing missing was rare gear, and no, you don't need to send me any (unless it's level 70 Cruel Talisman/Swordknot of Smiting)
