arc app not working ?

so the arc app isent working for me and my friend ....any one else having this issue?
is there a way to fix it?
or is it just broken?

i figured out the issues xbox was having problems and it is now fixed.
i will be taking this form down soon for it is no longer relevant.

    I don't think your question is relevant to PC's test server (you appear to play on XBox), so I'm going to flag your post for a mod to move to somewhere someone who can help might actually see it.

    Do you have the app installed? It wouldn't work for me till I had it installed. Assuming you are talking about the Arc in neverwinter's menu screen.

    i figured it out xbox was having issues that day and it came back later that night

    its not working for me either it still says i have 0 points even though i have done some of the challenges
