SH Enchantement to drop vouchers

Would be cool to have a Stronghold Enchantement to drop Stronghold vouchers. From white te Epic :)
This way also smaller guilds have a realistic chance to build up the structures

    Excellent idea imho. I always felt like while there's variety in Utility Enchantments, it's not practically there. Fey Blessing and Tymora heavily underperform. I would love to slot Utility as I need it.​​

    I think this is an excellent idea, potentially as yet another item you can choose to spend your guild marks on, though it should be available at Marketplace Rank 1.
