Was the Glorious Resurgence Lockbox supposed to have its contents changed?

Or did it always reflect the latest 'variation' of all the lesser prizes?

    They updated the major prizes with more recent items, and while they were at it they changed the lesser items as well. The changes were not patch-noted, but the lockbox has only been overhauled this one time.

    I suspect that the devs intended the update to occur before the lockbox resurgence. However, they stopped updating the live server in early October, and so the update happened after the resurgence and without any notice.
    Neverwinter Tools for evaluating boons, mounts, dyes, etc.

    I just noticed that to my surprise and delight. I've had a glorious resurgence epic companion pack sitting in the bank for months, basically because there wasn't a compelling reason for me to open it. I chanced to mouseover it and saw the updated companion list. Very nice.
