What in gods name have you done to my ITC!!!???

The change to ITC is super bad. Making it trigger things that can be triggered by encounters is all well and good, but in doing so you have made ITC follow the same rules as other Encounter powers, i.e. it cannot be activated during ANY other animation. (a.k.a global cooldown)

Without the ability to activate ITC during a Duelist Flurry, or during the activation of any other ability you are really hurting the survivability of TR's in all aspects of gameplay. It is especially important to be able to activate ITC during Duelist Flurry, when we are flurrying we are stuck to the target at melee range. We are super squishy, we are a melee class and we have an ability that sticks us to our target... every boss aoe attack in the game is a dreadful nightmare now.

Please oh please oh please find a way to make ITC usable in the same way as before. Hell you can take away its ability to trigger effects that trigger on encounter use, I dont remember anyone ever asking for that.. so ya know.. dont fix what aint broke? cuz ya done broke it.

    In a very general sense, I'd say that it ok for defensive/buff encounters to not trigger offensive procs. There's a time and a place, you know?

    I mean, Astral Shield can't trigger diddly squat, and that's a little limiting for DCs who slot it, but also... sensible?

    This is what the power was meant to be, as a defensive retreat tactic, rather it was used as a god-mode-button, you should be glad that it didn't get the same mechanic as dreadtheft, the warlock's kamehameha that locks all your powers while it's active.

    Yay thats what we needed (spoken from PvE view, you will never see me in PvP) an nerf for the class, bc we are SO overperforming in PvE and the lfg chat is FILLED with messages that only Trs are NEEDED to complete any dungeon......

    I hope it will be fixed soon. ITC is the only way to survive in pve for most TRs ;/

    Ok but it was a retreat factor. When wailing on a boss, TR's can't break from attacks like Duelist flurry, so they'd take a direct hit. ITC prevented death and allowed the TR to recover health and survive, much like a GWF's determination. now it can't be used mid attack and rouges have become severely vulnerable to all attacks, while still having less dps than other classes (like GWFs)

    ITC seems a lot worse now.

    Please change it back to the way it was before. What we have now is NOT an improvement.

    ITC also has a delay in the activation once you press the key, this is not new ofc, but with this new change, added that delay, by the time you press ITC you have already been hit, this can be a matter of skill level, still, there is no reason for ITC having such a long delay to trigger once is activated.

    The same with the delay in smoke bomb, elven batte allows enemy players to skip completely the AoE because the daze effect triggers later. SB should work as dazing strike, CCing instantly, with an obvious sound/animation so a proper skilled player can run/block/dodge on time to avoid it.

    What is the reason behind those long activation delays in TR powers?

    Why dont they ever learn? Make all powers behave differently in pve and pvp. That way you wont have to nerf everything. Use your brains for once.

    I did NOT like this change at first. It broke my rotation and reflex.. It was my go to.
    Out of everything about it being changed.. the immediacy of use is the worst. It was on everyone's bar for a reason.
    But now.. I've learned to depend on it less, time it properly, I use it to trigger Overcharge Weapon, then roll to target with ITC and Overcharge both ready to go I unload. It actually works nice.

    I've started to get used to it as well, reluctantly. There is one benefit (not sure if you all noticed yet) using ITC now generates about 5% of our AP bar (as long as Lurker's isnt active).

    Time and Time again I see people whine about "Class breaking" changes ... and then i look and see.. my toon of that class doesn't or never has used that skill/feature and I have done just great without it. This is one of those times.. I haven't used ITC since my early pvp days (once or twice) in mod 4 or 5...

    How about you just adapt and learn to dodge or position yourself better? and yes. I do use Duelist Flurry.
