Guys as a new new player I cannot activate the "Always show name" ability in Hud, unable to tick box
any advice please ?

In chat type this string below:

/ui_save_file mygui.txt

This has created the file in games location: Cryptic Studios\Neverwinter\Live\

Open it with notepad. Look for this section:

pLooseUI
{

HUDOptions
{
Region Ground

ShowOverhead
{

Somewhere in this section you should find:

ShowPlayer OVERHEAD_ENTITY_FLAG_ALWAYS_NAME, OVERHEAD_ENTITY_FLAG_TARGETED_LIFE

If not add it. Save and then in chat you can type:
/ui_load_file mygui.txt
