Neverwinter 2.0 is not working after install...mmm...how we do this now ?

Hello, i installed 2.0 just on my ps, but no possibillity to come in...are there more having this issues, and what can we do about it ?

Yes correct, when i read this it said on PS forum that you must install it totall from zero again, but are we not losing our statics till now then, but i have the same code, thanks ``

Hello my PSN name is Magheed. The Neverwinter downloaded features for the PS4 froze the entire load screen upon installation today at 11:15 am (eastern time zone) October 18, 2016. This happened after ithe ntallation of features at 11:00 am. I tried to restart the game but it didn't work. I tried downloading features again but it didn't work. So now I had no choice but deleted the game and downloading it game. Will I still have my saved progress, and rank level 30, and items as before.

Update, 9:00am PDT:
Maintenance has been extended until 9:30am PDT. The errors with the update (CE-38612-0 & CE-33284-0) are part of the reason for the maintenance extension. "It is known." Neverwinter is coming.

Closing this as there is already a maintenance thread for this sort of thing. This is also known.
