Tier 3 Oathbound Ward Cuirass AC Wrong

So finally got my Runic Armor restored, pumped it to tier 3 and then looked at it...AC +8...

Go look in Collections at Tier 2 it is listed as AC +14.

At +14 it is on par with the Elemental DF armor I have on at the moment, and the stat boosts gained by maintaining it at Tier 3 make that effort worthwhile, so I conclude that the +8AC is incorrect.
Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
Obsidian Oath - Warlock
A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.

    All classes are missing 6AC from their Runic torso armor, apparently. I think the problem is underreported because players are not exactly embracing the gear in a general sense.

    This made me LOL pretty hard.

    Apparently, the fix is not a priority either for the exact same reason above. All the while the voices keep insisting that vblod empowerment is a success.

    Which is a problem. Hard to use the armor when its junk due to the loss of defence.

    I reported this bug three weeks ago, but didn't get much of a response by other players, I hope that the devs are informed about this issue. Considering the cost and effort to get this armor, it would be disappointing if this bug got overlooked. I'd like to see it fixed next week.

    Just got the same for my Shadewalker's assault vest. Went down from 8 AC to 2 AC :(
