Skirmish on Tuem

What is the skirmish on Tuem, I see the shores of Tuem dungeon but no skirmish named such. I only have 4 skirmishes to choose from. Just wondering because the Byers something or other for Tyrany of Dragons boon says it is found there.

This skirmish and Kessel's Retreat are incorrectly included in the queue UI under dungeons.
