Arc Rewards

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
while playing on XBOX ONE I was robbed of 6000 Arc reward points when I tried to redeem points on a Mystic Phoera someone please help

    Submit a support ticket. They may be able to check your activity and if they find you spent 6000 points and didn't get the item they may send you one in the mail. Will more than likely be bind on pickup though.

    Did you actually go to the store and claim the Phoera? It does not just appear magically in your inventory, you have to claim it.

    at least you get to try lol, my arc points have been at zero
    since launch. lol

    i have many achievements in Neverwinter on the xbox 1 and my arc points are at zero

    Actually they were bind on equip as the AH got flooded with them, you claimed them either from zen store or from the gifts guy just past the Tyranny campaign lady.

    The achievements you are referring to are the Xbox Achievements to up your Xbox Gamerscore. These achievements do not contribute to your ARC points AT ALL.

    To see which ones do count, download the FREE ARC app on Xbox and then look through there to see what you need to do.

    Do please check the Reward Claims Agent, as that is where you claim any Achievement Rewards you have purchased. Closing this up for it is being used to discuss a different bug and because only Support can deal with the potential loss of any items or rewards. If the item is not in the Reward Claims Agent to claim, then please contact Support. Keep in mind, the rewards are Single Claim only, they are not account wide unlocks.
