OP Burning Light does not proc Flaming Enchantment

As the title says the skill "Burning Light" of the Oatbound Paladin does not proc the DoT Effect of the Flaming Weapon Enchantment (tested with transcendent Rank 12). Not even on the initial hit, for which it should count at least.

I believe that back when @thefabricant was still maintaining his paladin guide, he indicated that Burning Light won't proc any weapon enchant, but I admit it's been a long time since I read that guide.

It does not proc weapon enchantments and I believe that this is intended.

It's intended? What a pity. =( I think Burning Light is already a weak skill and not that useful for tanking. Wouldve been nice if it was at least proccing enchantments. Thanks for the clarification.
