No Boon received after spinward rise campaign(sent here by arc support) because they cant fix it....

So in completion of my Spinward rise for the Elemental Evil Campaign I seen the Boons from Spinward rise. so I took a day off work and spent 9 hours grinding it out. after completion I went to select my boon and Selected the one that I wanted. but now it tells me its unavailable but its completed. switch to my boons page my other boons are there but this one is not.... can someone please help me with this. I dumped tons of money into this game that I enjoy but I did it a bit to early seeing problems like this..... really discouraging

    Hi hallowsx, you will have to be more specific - what platform (PC, Xbox. PS4) and what boons do you have, and what are you not able to access?

    Might is not always right - the powerful sometimes forget that.

    I think I am having a similar issue.
    PC Version.
    The final Boon, I have completed all of the quests and it will not let me complete the final "Secrets of the Howling hatred" It says I need 5 twisted scriptures but for some reason I only have 4 left. There is no more quests in the quest tree to even get another twisted scripture. I can only do the repeatable one at the very top. I appreciate any help with this, it would be nice to get all of the boons for doing so much grinding and work.

    Me and friend of mine have the same problem. I sent today two ticket to inform of this bug.
    Please fix.
    I have too 4 books and i need 1 more.

    I have the same issue, also PC. Finished the Spinward Rise campaign tonight and I'm one Twisted Scripture short for that last boon. I know I've done everything, no mission skipped no nothing and I'm still one short.

    I have a similar but different problem. I took advantage of the double xp weekend and had to skip maps due to insane level gain. I ended up doing fiery pit before drowned shore and reclamation rock. Long story short I bought the boon for the pit and the burnt texts are gone, but it did not give me the boon. I don't think there is a way to earn the currency again. (PC)
    I would submit a ticket, but the support page is unable to be displayed for some reason.

    The same issue on PC here... finished the Spinward Rise part of the elemental evil campaign, no quests left but one twisted scriptures short.

    My guess is, that it was caused by the fact that I had one step already done before they changed it with the new (present) campaign tree. I had "Defeat Dashar and Silvaria" already done according to the present tree

    I logged in today after the maint, and suddenly the missing scritpures were there... I hope it is there for the others too....

    It should be as it was part of today's patch.

    If I (try to) open an issue, I like to close it with the results I got :smile: so people looking for solving an issue or are curious if a bug is fixed can see that :)
