I am just don't know what's going on with my account. I can't login for a long long time. I thick it's a mistake banned. Still no replies for 160818-006561 ticket.
If you haven't gotten a message saying your account has been suspended, you weren't banned. If it IS a ban, you'll need to contact support, and replies can take some time.

When the game goes to load your characters, does a message pop up saying u were banned/suspended? If not, something else is wrong. I know I was mistakenly temp suspended on XB1 a long time ago, & when it went to load my characters, a message popped up informing me of it. Hopefully that helps somewhat

Sorry, per the NW Rules & Policies and Guidelines, the forums are not the place to discuss or seek help for in game infractions. The Community Team does not have access to Support Tickets, nor can we intervene in them. So no, Strum cannot check the status of your ticket. You'll need to wait for a response from Support.
