Codex of the Check Quest Bugged

At least for me - I added all the other game skill quests without an issue, but the Codex of the Check can;t be double-clicked, or right clicked and activated from my inventory - I sent an in-game report, but no fix as yet - am I just screwed?

    It has worked for other players for sure as I've seen the power in use.

    Have you tried moving the item into a different inventory bag? I thought all bugs with consumables not activating had been fixed but you never know.

    I just tried all my bags - no dice, but thanks for the idea!
