The new lightning enchant - Lightning Arc

in NeverwinterPreview - Bug Reports
"All cooldowns are reduced by 2% for the first lightning strike, plus an additional 1% for each chain." This new benefit does not work on Burning Light (paladin encounter), it does work on Templar's Wrath.
There might be more encounters it does not work on?

    There are certain encounters and/or procs that don't proc weapon enchants. Path of Blades on the TR for example.

    yes they learned from the spell twisting bug it was reducing artifact cooldown;;p

    Not broken on SW, doesn't work too well even with DT and blades :s

    tested with HR and TR nothing particular detected, it seems to have a cooldown somehow. I heard is OP on cws and doesnt work well with sws.

    hmm what build did you use on the HR? usual SW trapper? trapper has no cds to speak of anyway. i believe blade storm might be a problem with the additional proccs, i am not sure if that proccs weapon enchants. gushing wound should be watched, same as Careful Attack on the pathfinder. i have sadly no access to a higher leveled lightning enchant on the preview.

    it might be worth testing it with a combat build of a pathfinder trapper with rain of arrows/ gushing wounds/plantgrowth with CA and rapid strike as at wills

    Tested transcendent on a TR, despite the 8 hits from Duelist flurry and the fact that the Lightning was arcing between 3 training dummies I saw very little noticeable cooldown reduction. Even if the cooldown reduction was actually significant, the amount of damage it does overall is extremely lackluster.

    Although I will mention that it does more overall damage than the Lostmauth set bonus, which I find hilarious.
    Neverwinter Module 6: The only MMO expansion in the history of MMO's to remove more content than it added.

    @beckylunatic ,hmm would you mind sending me a copy of the enchant on the preview too? i want to test that for my HR build, same @ handle as my forum name
