GWF War Boar and GWF helm

How good is this pet? Has anyone tried him out? What kind of stats does it have--and what about slots? Also, does the new, shiny helm show on Dragonborn? Thanks for any answers.

    The boar has the Active bonus of +3% damage to marked targets at blue, at purple the active bonus is +5% damage to marked targets. I'm not sure how that is a pet that is useless to gwf...

    It might not be a perfect pet to have as a summoned pet but it depends on the mark the pet has and how much extra damage that allows you and the party to deal. could well be worth the loss of a defense slot

    Ah, I saw someone with that yesterday and mistook it for the Greywolf sword. It is nice! (So it would be reclaimable as part of the pack, I take it....)
