[Fixed by me] [ATTENTION] Game Crashes with Queue only on one charater

Alrighty guys I fixed it!!!!!! I got a hint from what "fishacus" did.

Here is what i did... I invited one of my guild member to a queue
If you click a person / ( x ) a person there is a option to invite him/her to a queue group.
And then with them in my queue group. I went to main menu>queue then no more crashes.

I searched at PS4 web site and this code does not exist..... WTF??
I tried to use queue on this character but it crushes the game every time i do it.
BUT works with newly created character.
CAN YOU FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY???????
PVP/dugeons play major role in this game and I cannot enjoy this whole.game because of this.

Whenever I access queue using "Zolyo" it crashes the game whether it is through NPC or from queue from main menu.

Bloody hell... is this only solution when just only one character is experiencing game crash and other one are just fine?

    They sent me the same response word for word. I'm in the same boat. I'm going to contact play station to see if they know what that error code means, maybe that will shed some light on the issue. But it makes no sense with what is happening for it to be a "play station" issue.

    Let least someone is in same boat as me... I created a new character and IT WORKS FINE... :neutral:
    Very Disappointing how ARCGAMES deal with these issue. There is definitely a glitch in game server data and they do nothing I cannot PVP or do a dungeon. If they just resets some info/status of my character then it will be all happily ever after and they just do not want to waste their time.

    I installed and loaded for first time and game crashes at character creation screen with error codeCE-38700-8 I have not been able to play at all.

    Please let me know what Sony say about the code.

    On the same boat, game crashes on main but not on alt ><

    So, I just got done chatting with PS4 support and they had me uninstall the game, put the PS4 into safe mode and rebuild the database and then reinstall the game.

    The game is currently downloading, so I will update you guys as to if this fixed it or not...my gut is telling me it more than likely will not fix it. Because it honestly seems like a character data/server issue not a ps4 issue but I wanted to go though the proper steps.

    I also asked if this doesn't fix it and neverwinter support won't take ownership of the issue, which they absolutely sound like they have no intention of doing, if the money could be refunded to me. He said they would more than likely make a one time exception but it would have to be approved by an escalation team and he filled all that out and gave me a case number if I do need to request the refund.

    Just wanted to give you guys as much info as I got, they also said they have no record of the particular error code.

    Anyhow I'll update this as soon as the game reinstalls

    Rebuilding the data base did nothing, issue still persists.

    Same - game crashes on main. I had not yet made an Alt. My main is in a guild and I have levelled it and have a better mount on my main. I don't want to have start fresh on my alt. I want my main back. I have raised a ticket and awaiting response. Btw my main was in Helms Hold. I have seen a post that there is a missing piece of artwork in Helms which s bugged and preventing you logging back in on your main. I am not happy.

    Overwatch had this same problem on PS4 with one of their updates. I believe the error is a mixture of both an issue on Sony's end and the video game itself. For overwatch it would happen when the application would crash on 1.03 update, it would give an overwatch crash followed by that sony system crash.

    I suspect it probably has something to do with corrupted data and/or unable to read data. But that error code doesn't exist in sony's help guide for codes which is pretty strange (obviously it exists, sony just does not wish to disclose what it might mean)

    I spent 150.00 on this yesterday and the exact same <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> is happening to me. This is definitely a game issue. Not a PlayStation issue. Pissed right off!

    Ah!!! MAN that sucks... i do not know what rebuilding is but... reinstall did not work???
    I think it is definitely to do with server data not our PS4 data because we can still login to our character and play the game fine but when it comes to QUEUE we have problem. It crashes.

    Plus I tried to go Live chat but it keeps on saying my PSN ID is not verified... WTF?
    every other details is fine just that PSN... mine is Konstac and there are no other number behind PSN is there? Like we can see in ArcGames?

    It wasn't working on one of my characters. Then I did full skirmishes on my other characters. Then the original character worked. Worked for my buddy too.

    What do i need to do?????? I did create one character and did that Tower dungeon + Orc skirmish 2times
    and then you go back to the origin(problometic) character???
    did you reinstalled the game before hand?

    No i didn't reinstall. I just played through a skirmish on each of my other characters, then the first one was working.

    It actually fixed itself. I just kept playing the game and it works now lol

    did you play with friends ie. being in a party?
