Alrighty guys I fixed it!!!!!! I got a hint from what "fishacus" did.
He played with his friend!!
Here is what i did... I invited one of my guild member to a queue
If you click a person / ( x ) a person there is a option to invite him/her to a queue group.
And then with them in my queue group. I went to main menu>queue then no more crashes.

I searched at PS4 web site and this code does not exist..... WTF??
I tried to use queue on this character but it crushes the game every time i do it.
BUT works with newly created character.
CAN YOU FIX THIS IMMEDIATELY???????
PVP/dugeons play major role in this game and I cannot enjoy this whole.game because of this.
Whenever I access queue using "Zolyo" it crashes the game whether it is through NPC or from queue from main menu.

Bloody hell... is this only solution when just only one character is experiencing game crash and other one are just fine?

Very Disappointing how ARCGAMES deal with these issue. There is definitely a glitch in game server data and they do nothing I cannot PVP or do a dungeon. If they just resets some info/status of my character then it will be all happily ever after and they just do not want to waste their time.
Please let me know what Sony say about the code.
The game is currently downloading, so I will update you guys as to if this fixed it or not...my gut is telling me it more than likely will not fix it. Because it honestly seems like a character data/server issue not a ps4 issue but I wanted to go though the proper steps.
I also asked if this doesn't fix it and neverwinter support won't take ownership of the issue, which they absolutely sound like they have no intention of doing, if the money could be refunded to me. He said they would more than likely make a one time exception but it would have to be approved by an escalation team and he filled all that out and gave me a case number if I do need to request the refund.
Just wanted to give you guys as much info as I got, they also said they have no record of the particular error code.
Anyhow I'll update this as soon as the game reinstalls

I suspect it probably has something to do with corrupted data and/or unable to read data. But that error code doesn't exist in sony's help guide for codes which is pretty strange (obviously it exists, sony just does not wish to disclose what it might mean)
I think it is definitely to do with server data not our PS4 data because we can still login to our character and play the game fine but when it comes to QUEUE we have problem. It crashes.
Plus I tried to go Live chat but it keeps on saying my PSN ID is not verified... WTF?
every other details is fine just that PSN... mine is Konstac and there are no other number behind PSN is there? Like we can see in ArcGames?
and then you go back to the origin(problometic) character???
